Abacela

Albariño 2004

Albarino 2004

Winemaker's Tasting Notes

The 2004 vintage Albari┼ło was sourced exclusively from our estate Fault Line Vineyards, specifically West Slope and Northeast Block. Our planting locations take advantage of north and east-facing slopes which allow the vines to ripen their fruit slowly and evenly.

White peaches, pineapple, lemongrass, and floral components mingle in the bouquet. The palette is filled with zesty lemon-lime and green apple flavors. The finish is clean, dry, and very crisp. Enjoy this wine upon release at cool cellar temperature.

This wine finds delightful accompaniment in raw oysters or lemon-habanero marinated chicken.
