Winemaker's Tasting Notes

This playful, delicate wine was created from select lots of Tempranillo by removing the juice from the grape skins after a very short period of time.

Don't be led astray by the color, though. This is a serious food wine that underwent a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve the fresh raspberry, strawberry, and floral aromatic elements.

The dry finish is crisp and very refreshing, especially on warm spring and summer afternoons.

While charming by itself or with classic picnic fare, explorative food pairings might include prosciutto and toasted almonds with saffron oil.
