Syrah Estate 2006

This Syrah is sourced exclusively from our estate Fault Line Vineyards in Southern Oregon's Umpqua Valley. This wine bursts with blackberry and white pepper aromas. The palate's ripe cherry and candied black fruit overlies a rich and full-bodied frame that expands as the lengthy finish progresses. An intriguing food pairing would entail smoked salmon croquets with chanterelle mushrooms and black truffle oil.
