General Manager

Gavin has worked in the Oregon wine industry since 2004.  A native Oregonian growing up in Springfield, he graduated from Willamette University and began a career in the financial services industry.  While helping people with retirement planning during the week, he moonlighted at a local vineyard on the weekends.  This experience sparked a curiosity and passion for viticulture, winemaking, and the overall wine business. After evaluating his future, he accepted a management position with a small, start-up winery in Oregon’s Dundee Hills; leading to a successful thirteen-year tenure of leading, developing and growing the brand.  He has also volunteered as a board member for the Dundee Hills Winegrower’s Association and has served as an industry consultant, assisting wineries with strategic planning, marketing, and vineyard development. 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Emily, hiking, and fly fishing.  They both enjoy food, wine, and the great outdoors.
